Sales Director

RevoluSun, LLC is Hawaii's leading renewable energy integrator. We are experiencing rapid growth and are expanding to select North American markets in 2012. We are seeking Sales Directors in New Orleans, LA; Boston, MA; Sacramento, CA; and Stamford, CT.

Sales Directors will recruit and manage a high velocity sales team focused on residential PV opportunities. They will be knowledgeable within their market, communicate marketing strategies internally and liaise with local partners. They will submit monthly productivity reports and communicate intelligence regarding local competition, pricing, and public policy as it relates to the solar industry.

Sales Directors must be strong communicators, disciplined and detail oriented, lead by example and empower others to succeed. They must have a proven track record in a sales management capacity and have an unwavering desire to win.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, training and managing independent residential Project Developers.
  • Researching and staffing trade shows, community and other relevant events.
  • Implementing marketing strategies and liaising with local partners.
  • Staying knowledgeable of local public policy initiatives and networking with industry professionals/groups.
  • Securing office space and administrative staffing.
  • Monthly productivity reporting.
  • Communicating local market dynamics including competitive landscape and product pricing.
  • Communicating with Operations as needed.

Minimum 5 years experience in Sales, preferably in a managerial capacity, and proficiency with MS Office is required. A bachelor's degree, MBA and experience in the solar industry beneficial, but not required.

This is a full-time employee position for a highly motivated, positive, team-oriented individual. Compensation will be based on experience and includes a monthly salary with performance-based incentives. Please provide your resume and salary history for consideration.
