Experienced Solar Sales Representative

Location: Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi
Compensation: $80,000–$170,000 per year (performance-based)

The Role

As a Solar Sales Representative, you’ll help Hawaiʻi families transition to clean energy. We’re looking for candidates with solar experience or proven sales success in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home and virtual consultations.
• Deliver tailored solar + storage solutions.
• Build long-term customer relationships and referrals while developing strategies to reach new prospective customers.

• Achieve sales goals with strong team support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of solar experience (preferred) or related sales experience.
• Knowledge of Hawaiʻi solar incentives, battery programs, and financing.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, and trust-building skills.
