HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years servicing and maintaining ductless split and ducted HVAC systems

Inspect, maintain, and repair ductless split and ducted HVAC systems.
Perform routine service tasks including cleaning coils and blowers, inspecting belts and motors, and ensuring proper refrigerant levels.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
Repair or replace faulty components, including motors, switches, wiring, thermostats, and fans.
Calibrate and adjust thermostats and control systems.
Ensure ventilation systems operate efficiently and continuously.
Document maintenance and repair work performed, and communicate with the team as needed.
Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.

Minimum of 5 years of experience servicing and maintaining ductless split and ducted HVAC systems
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures
Comfortable working in various conditions: confined spaces, rooftops, attics, and outdoors in variable weather
Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
High school diploma or GED required
EPA Certification preferred
Experience with Mitsubishi and Daikin systems is highly desirable
