Here’s what you need to know:
You can still claim up to 30% in federal tax credits for your commercial solar project
To qualify, your project must:
• Sign a contract by December 31, 2025
• Start construction by July 4, 2026
• Meet labor and sourcing requirements (we’ll guide you through this)
After those deadlines, the tax credit drops to a base of just 6%, and expires completely for new projects after December 31, 2027.
