Position Summary:

As our Scheduler, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating appointments, managing technician schedules, and communicating with customers. This role is critical to keeping our projects on track and ensuring a positive experience for every homeowner we serve. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits, installations, inspections, and service calls
  • Manage technician calendars to ensure efficient routing and workload balance
  • Communicate daily with customers regarding appointment times, updates, or reschedules
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all scheduling requirements are met
  • Update project timelines and status reports in scheduling systems
  • Anticipate and resolve conflicts or delays in scheduling
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all appointments and interactions
  • Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication

 

Qualifications / Requirements 
  • A hard worker with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and office software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination
  • Previous experience in solar, construction, or field service industry a plus

 

Location: Waipahu, Hawaii

Compensation: $22/hr DOE
