Accountant

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced construction Accountant to join our team.

Core Responsibilites

• Full charge bookkeeping (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, Inventory)
• Prepare financial and job costing reports
• Prepare supporting schedules and reconcile general ledger
• Special projects as needed

Skills and Experience

• Prior construction industry accounting experience desirable
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software (Timberline or comparable)
• Understand job costing, accounting cycles, cash flow management, GAAP
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Positive team player, level-headed, motivated and hard working

Education

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Three + years in progressive accounting positions desired but not essential
