RevoluSun Smart Home, Hawaii’s leading solar and Smart Home company, seeks an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care Team in Honolulu. Achieving the highest quality of customer care is extremely important to us, and a successful candidate must care as much about customer satisfaction as we do. We are looking for someone who can address a wide range of questions and concerns. A large part of the role involves telephone and email-based support to our current customer base. Topics will range from technical support with monitoring issues and solar panel functions, billing questions, scheduling support and everything in between. Full training will be
- Provide technical and general support to all of our customers
- Resolve all customer concerns ranging from general questions or system upgrades
- Provide quotes for services provided
- Be the liaison between multiple departments in order to find solutions
- Follow issues through to completion and full customer satisfaction
- Track and analyze customer service issues and communicate recommendations and updates to all other departments
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
- World-class customer service skills
- Excel in effectively communicating updates internally as well as to the customer
- Ability to manage a large flow of work independently
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Competency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software
- A positive attitude and the ability to take direction well
- Experience in customer service and/or solar preferred
- This full-time position is for our Honolulu Office; no relocation.
